We give maximum effort to join the right candidate to the right employer. The validity for the Job registration will be for 1 Year. Rs 295/- Registration Fee will be applicable for Job Seekers, it's not refundable. We charge no fees once you get into the job Within India. (Category - 1) Part-time Employees must complete the job in a month of mentioned in the Business Structure Table from 1-5; (Category - 2) Or else should register the Agents 150 No's within a month for the Salary of 7K. (Note: There is no limit for your Salary)
For the Salary of 6K, PTE should complete either category - 1 or Category - 2, will be released Rs 6K + (Bonus - Rs 1000) = 7K (Above the Business of Category - 1, will be released Agent commission structure & above the Business Category - 2, Rs 40/- per registration will be given; also bonus includes every 50 counts Rs 1000/- Given.) For the Salary of 4K, PTE should Complete 2 no of business from Category - 1 and 75 No's from Category - 2. (Or else should Complete 100 Business from Category - 2; From above 101 no's Rs 40/- per registration will be given up to 149). (Bonus = Rs 500) For the Salary of 3K, PTE should Complete 1 no of business from Category - 1 and 50 No's from Category - 2. (O/E should Complete 75 Business from Category -2; From above 76 no's Rs 40/- per registration will be given up to 99). (Bonus = Rs 250) For the Salary of 2K, PTE should Complete 1 no of business from Category - 1 and 25 No's from Category - 2. (O/E should Complete 50 Business from Category -2; From above 51 no's Rs 40/- per registration will be given up to 74). (Bonus = Rs 125) Business below the mentioned 6th line Category - 1 & Category - 2, the payment will be as per Agent Commission. The Payment will be for PTE will be released on 7th of every month; if any holiday on that particular Date the payment will be on next banking day.
