By bringing the business just enter the details of the customer and once the process is completed or pending you will get the notification. As per that your remuneration will be displayed in your wallet. You can withdraw wallet amount on banking days. The one who register in our application with Rs.295/- can become an Agent.

• Rs 295/- Registration Fee will be applicable for Both Part-time Employee and Agent, it's not refundable.
• The one who register with us as (Part Time Employee / Agent) and refers Job Seeker / Part Time Employee/ Agent; can get Rs. 25/- per individual; also Agent can get commission if you refer customers directly as per the Agent incentive structure page mentioned.
• (Eg: If Refers Agent / Part Time Employee / Job Seeker; 100 No's can get Rs 2500/-. 100*25=2500 (Agent can get commission if you refer customers directly get as per the Agent incentive structure page mentioned)
• Agent can give the earnings withdrawals from Wallet

The one who register in our application with Rs.295/- can become Part Time Employee.

• Rs 295/- Registration Fee will be applicable for Both Part-time Employee and Agent, it's not refundable.
  • (Category - 1) Part-time Employees must complete the job in a month of mentioned in the Business Structure Table from 1-5;
  • (Category - 2) Or else should register the Agents 150 No's within a month for the Salary of 7K.
• For the Salary of 6K, PTE should complete either category - 1 or Category - 2, will be released Rs 6K + (Bonus - Rs 1000) = 7K
• (Above the Business of Category - 1, will be released Agent commission structure & above the Business Category - 2, Rs 40/- per registration will be given; also bonus includes every 50 counts Rs 1000/- Given.)
• For the Salary of 4K, PTE should Complete 2 no of business from Category - 1 and 75 No's from Category - 2. (Or else should Complete 100 Business from Category - 2; From above 101 no's Rs 40/- per registration will be given up to 149). (Bonus = Rs 500)
• For the Salary of 3K, PTE should Complete 1 no of business from Category - 1 and 50 No's from Category - 2. (O/E should Complete 75 Business from Category -2; From above 76 no's Rs 40/- per registration will be given up to 99). (Bonus = Rs 250)
• For the Salary of 2K, PTE should Complete 1 no of business from Category - 1 and 25 No's from Category - 2. (O/E should Complete 50 Business from Category -2; From above 51 no's Rs 40/- per registration will be given up to 74). (Bonus = Rs 125)
• Business below the mentioned 6th line Category - 1 & Category - 2, the payment will be as per Agent Commission.
• The Payment will be for PTE will be released on 7th of every month; if any holiday on that particular Date the payment will be on next banking day.
• One who registered as Part - Time Employee should mention the Category 1 / 2 and mail the resume to: opalmoneyindia@gmail.com.

The one who want to register for Job Consultancy Services in our application, need to register with Rs.295/- it’s not refundable.

• Rs 295/- Registration Fee will be applicable for Both Part-time Employee and Agent, it's not refundable.
  • The validity for the Job registration will be for 1 Year.
  • We charge no fees once you get into the job Within India.
  • The Job notification will be given through SMS / Whatsapp.
  • Maintaining the candidate database and promoting jobs to new and existing candidates.
  • Providing advice on the career opportunities in the markets we serve, including how to improve profile.
  • Managing the recruitment process, from the initial interview through to the offer being made. We will also facilitate negotiations between the client and candidate, such as salary and start date, and provide feedback before and after interviews.
  • We give maximum effort to join the right candidate to the right employer.
